This week I sat down and had a conversation with Jess Spinner, former professional dancer, health coach, and founder of The Whole Dancer and the Dancer's Best Body Program.
Interviewing Jess, we talk about her background and her different struggles with body image during her training and professional years, as well as our similarities struggling with food, how she decided to become a health coach, and how well targeted both The Whole Dancer and The Dancer's Best Body Program are.
After, we went through a deeper conversation on how to maintain a healthy body image, how ballet stereotypes are probably not changing, and what is the best way to find the perfect plan for you through trial and error.
